Püspökladány is a typical town lowland town in the middle of Tiszántúl, at the meeting point of Sárrét – Nagykunság and Hortobágy regions, where thermal water was found at the beginning of the past century, in 1920. To utilize this present of the nature, a thermal open-air bath has been built in Püspökladány more than 4 decades ago, which has been a popular destination for the inhabitant of the surroundings and for visitors coming from a greater distance.
Our thermal water was certified as a medicinal water in 1987. Our thermal water comes up from a depth of 1 068 meters with a temperature of 45°C containing sodium hydro carbonate, chloride, iodine and bromide, and it’s suitable primarily for the treatment of degenerative locomotor diseases. On workdays, spa treatments and physiotherapeutic treatments are available, prescribed by our specialists. 5 outdoor pools with medicinal water awaits our guests, who long for relaxation, in our open-air bath, in a still, woody environment.
